Store role and supplier fulfillment

Cool Is Gadgets operates an online retail storefront. Products may be sourced from and fulfilled by third-party suppliers, including AliExpress-related supplier networks and logistics partners.

Supplier involvement does not remove our responsibility to handle customer service according to our posted policies and applicable law, but it may affect shipping origin, packaging, tracking, return destination, and remedy options.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must provide accurate checkout, contact, payment, and shipping information. You may not abuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a harmful way, submit fraudulent orders, or use the site to violate laws or third-party rights.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation means we received your order request. It does not mean the order has been finally accepted for supplier fulfillment. We may still review payment, fraud risk, product availability, supplier stock, shipping availability, address details, pricing errors, and legal restrictions.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled, appears fraudulent, has inaccurate information, contains an obvious pricing/listing error, cannot be shipped to the destination, or creates unreasonable legal, safety, operational, or supplier risk.

Prices, product information, and availability

We try to keep prices, product descriptions, photos, compatibility information, availability, and shipping estimates accurate. Errors can occur, including supplier feed errors, currency changes, image mismatches, compatibility mistakes, and discontinued products.

If we discover a material issue before fulfillment, we may contact you, cancel/refund the order, offer an alternative, or request confirmation before proceeding.

Compatibility and brand references

Product pages may mention third-party brands, devices, model numbers, standards, or connectors to describe compatibility or intended use. Those references are descriptive only. Cool Is Gadgets is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

You are responsible for checking that a product is compatible with your device, country, outlet, voltage, model, case, vehicle, pet, or intended use before purchase.

Payments and fraud review

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Orders may be held, cancelled, or refunded if fraud, payment, chargeback, address, or risk checks fail.

Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds

Shipping, cancellation, return, and refund rights are described in our Shipping Policy and Refunds & Returns Policy. Those policies are part of these terms.

Do not return items without authorization. Return addresses and procedures may vary by supplier, product, and destination.

Product safety and use

Use products only as intended and follow all instructions, warnings, age ratings, compatibility limits, charging limits, installation guidance, and local laws. Stop using a product if it appears damaged, overheats, smells unusual, leaks, sparks, causes irritation, or appears unsafe.

Some products are accessories and are not medical, safety-critical, child-safety, emergency, professional, or regulated-use devices unless the product page clearly says otherwise.

User content and reviews

If you submit messages, reviews, photos, claims, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and not misleading. We may use customer support content to investigate orders and improve service.

Intellectual property

The site design, copy, organization, and Cool Is Gadgets branding are owned by or licensed to Cool Is Gadgets. Supplier product images, brand names, and compatibility references may belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, misuse, or commercially exploit the site without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an as-available basis, subject to applicable consumer guarantees and mandatory rights. We do not promise uninterrupted site access, error-free content, or supplier availability at all times.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cool Is Gadgets is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from site use, delayed delivery, supplier issues, compatibility mistakes, or product misuse. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, or certain personal injury claims where applicable.

Changes to the site or terms

We may update products, prices, policies, and these terms over time. The version posted when you place an order generally applies to that order, except where legal changes require otherwise.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms are intended to apply to Cool Is Gadgets orders to the fullest extent allowed by law. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, state, province, or region continue to apply where they cannot legally be waived or limited.
